My cab hasn't arrived

In the unlikely event that your cab doesn’t arrive, it may be running late. We will attempt to notify you of any disruption to your journey.


You are able to track your cab in the app and on the website.


In the app:

  • Tap the menu icon in the top left corner of app.
  • Tap 'My bookings'.
  • Tap 'Current'.
  • Tap the booking you would like to track.
  • Tap 'Track this booking'.


On the website:

  • Click on your name in the top right of the page.
  • Click on 'Bookings'
  • Select 'Current bookings' from the drop list on the right hand side.
  • Select the booking you wish to track.
