My email or mobile number is in use

If you're trying to sign up for a new Cab Guru account or update your existing account and you receive a message informing you that the email address or phone number is already in use, please email us at support@cabguru.com with your information so that we may look into it.

You may be required to provide proof of ownership of the email account or phone number.
