- Seeing active or completed bookings in your Cab Guru account that you did not make.
- Receiving text messages or emails about an active or completed booking you did not make.
- Receiving receipts by email for a completed booking you did not make.
- Your account information being changed without your knowledge.
- Being unable to log in to your account.
