I think my account has been compromised

Indications of a compromised account could include:

  • Seeing active or completed bookings in your Cab Guru account that you did not make.
  • Receiving text messages or emails about an active or completed booking you did not make.
  • Receiving receipts by email for a completed booking you did not make.
  • Your account information being changed without your knowledge.
  • Being unable to log in to your account.
