Contacting the cab company

If you need to contact the cab company you can find their details in the app, on the website and on your receipt.

In the app under 'My bookings':

  • Tap the menu icon in the top left corner of the app.
  • Tap 'My bookings'.
  • Tap either 'Current bookings' or 'History'.
  • Tap the relevant booking.
  • Tap the phone icon next to the cab company name.


In the app whilst tracking your vehicle:

  • If the booking details aren't visible at the bottom of the screen tap the ETA to show them.
  • Tap the phone icon next to the cab company name.


On the website:

  • Click on your name in the top right of the page.
  • Click 'My bookings'.
  • Click the relevant booking.
  • The phone number will be displayed underneath the cab company name in the job details section.


On the receipt:

  • The phone number will be displayed with the cab company name.
