You are able to cancel a booking in the app and on the website from the booking detail screen.
- Click on the show menu button (Top Left)
- Click onto My Bookings
- Click onto Current Bookings
- Select your booking and tap on the job menu button (Top Right)
- Select Cancel Booking and choose your cancellation reason, before confirming with the Cancel Booking button at the bottom of the screen.
If the booking was paid by card, we refund your cancelled bookings as soon as we can, but it can take up to 5-7 working days to show on your statement
